Shipping
US domestic shipping
All domestic orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage. We do not offer Priority or Express Shipping as most of our orders are preorders and shipping multiple weeks after the purchase is made. We charge a flat rate of $7.50 for USPS Ground Advantage. Ground Advantage includes tracking, $100 of insurance, and typically ships in 2-5 days of being received by USPS.
International shipping
International shipping is a flat rate of $35.00 and is offered to all countries. International orders can expect an additional 3-4 weeks of handling prior to being shipped. We use FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ship international orders. Tracking is included on each order, but insurance guarantees vary by carrier. Lovely Dahy is not responsible for paying any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred after the product has shipped.
Made to Order Shipping Times
For made to order, the time in which your order is shipped will vary. For any made to order, orders should be shipped by 5-6 weeks from the order date. If it’s been 6 weeks and you have not received your order, please reach out to lovelydahyartwork@gmail.com
Ready to Ship, Shipping Times
Any items that are labeled “ready to ship” in the product description will ship in 21 days. If it’s been 21 days and you have not received an update that your product has been shipped, please reach out to lovelydahyartwork@gmail.com
Changing Shipping Address
Due to the high volume of orders during preorder launches, shipping addresses on preordered products cannot be changed.
Returns
Returns are allowed in two cases: if the product arrives damaged or if the product is not what you ordered. If the product arrives damaged in some way or is the wrong product, please reach out within a week of receiving your package by emailing lovelydahyartwork@gmail.com. We may ask that you provide photos or return the product. If we require you to return the damaged or incorrect product, please send the return items to 3004 Schilling St. Missoula, MT 59801. Rings and Sizing
Ring sizing can be a difficult process and not everyone is using a universal method for sizing their fingers. Before purchasing, we suggest that you have your fingers professionally sized at a local jewelry store or purchasing a ring sizer.
Exchanges
We do not allow exchanges at this time, unless the product you receive is not the product that you ordered.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order up to 5 days after the order has been placed. After 5 days, your order is already in production and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Customers are entitled to refunds if the item takes more than 6 weeks to ship without prior communication on the status of the package via email. The other circumstance in which you may be entitled to a refund is in the event of a production defect resulting in the jewelry breaking or becoming nonfunctional. We reserve the right to review “broken” or nonfunctioning jewelry on a case by case basis. If you wish to receive a refund, please contact us at lovelydahyartwork@gmail.com.
Preorder
Lead Time
Pre-order means that when you place the order, we then turn around and order the materials we need to fulfill that order. We work with a local small casting operations in order to cast the pieces in a timely manner. The casting process itself typically takes 2-4 weeks. Once we’ve received the casts or the “materials”, we fabricate to transform them into jewelry. This is sometimes soldering posts, sometimes bending and sizing rings, etc. This process usually takes one or two weeks. Then finally, shipping all of the orders can take up to two weeks! The 5-6 week period called the lead time includes all of these steps to create the product and ship it to you. Any emails collected on this website will be used for the express and exclusive purpose of providing subscribers with up to date information on launches and promotions for Lovely Dahy. You may create an account to make it easier to make a purchase. Any information provided during the creation of the account is visible by the owner of the website and we may use that data to better inform our policies, marketing, etc. We will not however, sell your data or share it with other organizations.
